Timeline
Week 1
Onboard Meeting: Get to know the project and discuss possible solutions and strategies. Core Messaging & Strategy Meeting: USP's, Key Important Points, Define the topics for the Influencers & KOLS, Advisor/Strategy Meeting with client.
Week 2
Mini Sprint meeting to go over our suggestions: Building the Influencer pitch deck, Continue to curate a list of influencers that best fit (based on feedback), Creation of collab briefing (detailed document with explicit points about what to mention and how to talk in the video as well as sharing content that the influencers can share with their audience (videos, NFTs..))
Week 3
Outreach for approved influencers (attaching the Influencer pitch deck), Negotiations with influencers: define dates, what type of content and final cost, Mapping out activities, Payments (to be done by Lunar or client directly): all activities are reported in the master sheet, Send to the influencers collab briefing and additional files, Influencers send the first version of the content for review (depends on how long it takes for the Influencer to create their content).
Week 4
Mini Sprint 40. Advisory/Strategy Meeting, Influencers implement client's feedback and post the content, Evaluate the traffic generated from the content and measure the return on investment (ROD
